Our Program

Our Program consists of a pyramid model of IT leadership and management. We take care of the most fundamental issues required for a firm’s operation at the lowest level as our core responsibility.  This includes keeping systems up to date, software licenses in compliance and fundamental network and connectivity systems up and running.

The second level consists of establishment of standards and best practices to ensure that uptime and employee productivity are maximized.  Systems and processes are documented in an institutional memory system so that the firm maximizes IT efficiency while minimizing challenges should key IT employees leave the firm.

The strategic level focuses on growing the business through the strategic application of Information Technology.  This is the most important area for the Fractional CIO to apply his or her efforts.
